Day runs like clock work other than the weather on arrival at Troll Active Photo's

August 7th

Scouts

Scouts take part in Mountain biking over a varied course. Rocks and gravel up and down hill, a few of the usual minor scrapes. Rest of course over off road paths with games organised by the instructor.
Lunch - Sandwiches
Also 1st experience of riding Tandems into Evje. Scouts eventually get the hang of it. Day's weather is drizzle and clouds.
Tea - Spag Bol followed by tent inspection and then games in Big Tent

Explorers

Explorers leave for expedition. End up not hiking, but practising canoe skills Photo's

August 8th

Scouts

Scouts Kayak on river, all have assisted eskimo rolls and play Kayak tig, followed by Kayak running and then jumping off the Leeping Rock
Lunch -yes you guessed it sandwiches
Scouts go fishing, sun bathe and generally chill.

Explorers

Explorers finish expedition early, and arrive back after 10 hour paddle.
Weather - very hot and sunny until a huge Thunderstorm hit. Power off for over an hour
